As your company levels up and earns Skill Points, you can invest them in the Skill Tree to unlock new gameplay features and improve your operations.
Each skill represents a key area of progression — from hiring AI pilots and managing FBOs to accessing advanced job types or boosting efficiency.
💡 XP and reputation determine how fast you level up, while the Skill Tree determines how you grow and specialize your company.
When starting your company at Level 1, you begin with 1 skill point to invest right away — allowing you to unlock your first ability before taking off.

At the top of the screen, your available skill points are displayed.

Each branch is color-coded, representing a different area of expertise.
Click on a blue “+” icon to unlock or upgrade a skill.
Each tier requires at least one point in its predecessor.

🧑✈️ For AI Operations:
Unlock Hiring Agreement early — essential for using copilots or AI crews.
💸 For High-Paying Jobs:
Follow this chain:
Passengers Licence → Fuel Loading Speed (Tier 1) → Last Minute Jobs → Medical Jobs
Optionally, unlock Cargo Loading Speed → Dangerous Jobs for even more variety.
🏗️ For FBO & Industry Players:
Prioritize FBOs Agreement and Enhanced Queries (all tiers) to generate your own job network and increase autonomy.
