After setting up your pilot and simulator, you’ll arrive on the Freelance Dashboard, your personal hub for flying jobs, earning credits, and building experience — all without managing a company.
At this stage, you’re in Onboarding Mode, the introductory phase of OnAir.
It uses the same Freelance Dashboard interface as advanced players, but with simplified mechanics and no company to manage.
The Freelance Dashboard is your mission center as a freelance pilot.
In Onboarding Mode, it allows you to start flying immediately, earn credits, and gain experience before creating your company.
Whether you're a new player exploring OnAir for the first time, or a seasoned CEO taking a break from management (in Freelance Career Mode), the Freelance Dashboard keeps you flying.

From the Freelance Dashboard, you can fly three types of jobs:
Receive freelance job offers from companies worldwide.
Each mission involves different aircraft, destinations, and deadlines — ideal for discovering OnAir’s mechanics.
Fly scheduled airline routes based on real-world operations.
Completing all legs of a route maximizes your credits and XP rewards.
If you’re a member of a Virtual Airline (VA), you can access and complete missions assigned by your VA.
Each flight helps your airline grow while boosting your personal stats.
💡 You don’t need to buy aircraft, hire staff, or manage maintenance — just pick a mission and fly!
Every freelance flight counts toward your pilot career.
💡 Your time as a freelance pilot is never wasted — every hour and credit contributes to your future success.
The Freelance Dashboard is designed to give you the smoothest and most rewarding introduction to OnAir.
Here’s why it’s smart to stay in this mode as long as possible before creating your company:
💡 The longer you stay in Freelance Mode, the more resources and experience you’ll have to build a powerful company later.
