The Freelance Dashboard is your personal mission hub as a freelance pilot.
It allows you to fly jobs, earn credits and experience, and keep progressing, all without the need to manage a company.
Whether you're a new player or simply taking a break from full management, the Freelance Dashboard keeps you flying.
¶ What You Can Do
From the Freelance Dashboard, you have access to three types of missions:

Charter Jobs
Receive freelance job offers from various companies around the world.
Each mission may involve different aircraft, cargo, destinations, and deadlines. -
Regular Routes
Fly scheduled flights based on real-world airline routes.
Completing a full route set can maximize your credits and XP rewards. -
Virtual Airline Missions
If you are a member of a Virtual Airline (VA), you can access jobs assigned by your VA management and contribute to your VA's operations.
You don’t need to manage any aircraft, employees, or operational costs. It’s the perfect environment to focus on what matters most: flying.
¶ 🔁 How Progression Works
No matter which mode you're in, your freelance activity always counts.
- All credits and XP earned through freelance jobs are saved to your pilot profile
- If you’re in Onboarding Mode, these earnings are transferred directly to your company when switching to Advanced Career Mode
- A startup bonus is also added based on your progress
- If you choose the Airliner Start, you’ll receive enough capital to lease a B737 or A320 — and join a dedicated leaderboard
